<p>Sharon Phillips (RN, Dip App Sc, MSN) has over 30 years of experience, working in various managerial, advanced clinical practice and risk management roles in both adult and paediatric healthcare settings. Keen to learn more about healthcare reform and leading service innervations, she completed a Master of Nursing Science at the University of Adelaide in 2015 and is currently working as the Clinical Projects and Service Improvement Lead within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in South Australia. She feels privileged to be working with senior clinicians and leaders across the network to progress several key operational service improvements to enable flexible and responsive clinical service models including rapid assessment and GP Shared Care programs. She is currently working as the Operational Lead for the CAMHS Suicide Prevention Strategy that is aligned with the internationally recognised Zero Suicide Framework.</p>
